Pahelika: Secret Legends is an adventure game. It combines hidden object games with puzzles in a clever way. Some of the them are compelling and fun, but they are not really challenging and you, actually, get lots of help, so you can finish it in a few hours.
Hidden object games actually involve collecting objects in your inventory to use them later. In the beginning you will discover a book, which will transport you to different magical lands. Once you reach a place, you cannot leave and continue with another. You just have to complete it in order to get to the next one. Every place you visit has a brief story that is told at the beginning of each level. There you will know which object you need to pick because they are highlighted with sparks, which makes it really easy for you. The puzzles are out of the ordinary and very enjoyable. You will encounter machines, games with colors, jigsaw puzzles, spot-the-differences games, and many others.
Graphics are excellent and the sound effects and music are very suitable for this type of game.
All in all, even though Pahelika: Secret Legends is not really challenging, at least it is an enjoyable adventure with lots of mini-games and puzzles that will keep you entertained for the time it lasts. |
